Randy McCoy is a Christ follower, a husband and a father of 4. Randy has been a worship pastor for over 17 years at Vineyard Church in Kansas City Missouri and Vineyard Church of the Rockies in Fort Collins Colorado, both multi site churches of over 2500 attendees. Randy also served as the Event Director for Vineyard Music from 2003 until 2007 and still works with Vineyard Music by contract to oversee their training events.

Randy started Creation Associates Inc in 2007 to help bring structure and strategic planning to a network of Worship Leaders. He has managed many concerts, conferences and retreats and pioneered and overseen dozens of events nationally. With this experience, Randy has nurtured relationships across the country and built trust with churches, festivals and organizations that have come to expect professionalism without pretense from Randy and those he represents.

Randy has a track record of coaching and mentoring worship leaders, consulting with churches to help bring structure and vision to their worship ministries and helping to raise a standard of excellence in all they do.
