Randy has been a worship pastor for 2  dynamic churches over the past 15 years, Vineyard Church of Kansas City, a church of over 2000 and Vineyard Church of Fort Collins, a church of 3000 attendees. In both of those churches, Randy has built large worship ministries with many volunteers and trained up many worship leaders. 

Randy can come  and consult with worship pastors, Sr pastors, lead worship, do worship team training, songwriting workshops, and a host of other things to encourage and help your local church.
