The consulting process starts with an honest conversation with you as the leader about where you currently are with your organization and where you want to go.   That initial conversation is essential for discerning what the path forward will look like, because it all depends on what you want to accomplish.

We have a 4 step process:

1)  Discover the challenge:  Introduction phone call with short evaluation.  Can we help?

2)  Engage the challenge: Onsite visit. This would be a more comprehensive evaluation of   the organization, structure, goals and staff.

3)  Create a solution: Recommend a process and plan for moving forward.

4) Empower the solution:  We will work for and with you and your staff in implementation of the solutions.

My coaching involves the ability to understand you: to think how you think, and understand your perspective. From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. As a certified John Maxwell coach, I can see what you are going through now and what is up ahead. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms.

I offer one on one coaching that is private and confidential.

In my experience, the one thing that can halt growth or momentum is an unfilled staff position.  It is very time consuming and takes longer than anyone expects to make a staff transition.

We offer Interim staff services in the areas of worship pastor, and executive pastor.  Because of our skill as a consultants, and over 25 years of experience as a staff pastor, we can see things while on staff that will keep the organization moving forward, or may be hindering things from moving forward.  This also keeps the quality of ministry up during a staff transition time.  I have several people to call upon who have wonderful hearts for ministry and very skilled, who are called to help churches during those times.JMT_CertMember_seal
